We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, business details, and account credentials; information generated when you use the Services, such as API usage, logs, and settings; and, for the AI Receptionist, call metadata and content you choose to process. We do not collect or store full card numbers.

We use information to provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services; to authenticate accounts and enforce limits; to communicate with you about your account; to process payments; and to comply with legal obligations.
Payments
Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, and by our payment providers. Card details are handled by these PCI-compliant providers and are not stored on our servers. Their handling of your payment information is governed by their own privacy policies.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Services (for example, hosting, payments, email, and telephony), under agreements that require them to protect it, and when required by law or to protect our rights and users.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to promptly address issues.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account data.
